Any ideas?
Naturally, it's for PS3 backup.
I'm sure there's plenty out there, but it's hard to tell which ones are pre-formatted FAT32.

Why only 20GB? Any why does it have to be pre-formatted with FAT32? Just hook it up to your PC and do it.

Got my brain back...I simply created a <32GB partition on one of my external drives so I could format it to FAT32 on XP.

How do you format to FAT32? I have an external HDD, but when i connected it to the PS3 it didn't register :(

Just right click on the drive, and you should be given the option to format to FAT32 if the drive is <32GB.
If not, create a partition in disk management (run > diskmgmt.msc).
