Here members can share their experiences, good or bad, during Amazon's Customer Vote (http://promotions.amazon.com/gp/cv) for Nov. 26th- Dec. 4th (buying rounds 1-6 are 11/28-12/4; see calendar below). Anyone that has voted and are lucky enough to be chosen should start to receive email invites sometime today (so far, I am unlucky).

Good Luck, CAGers, and Happy Thanksgiving (and make it a safe one as well)!

One last thing : Please let us know if you are winner whether or not you are an Amazon Prime member as well (I'm not a Prime member). I'm curious to find out how random it is.

UPDATE #1: It dawned on me that it would be best to create the same poll for each round of voting. It appears that I cannot edit the current poll and since its the holidays, I don't want to bother the MODs with a bunch of unnecessary questions. At least this way, there won't be confusion...I think:-k. So keep an eye out on this space for a link to the poll representing each round. In the meantime, consider the current poll posted above representing Round 1.

I'm in like flint. Even at that price I'm hesitant to buy a PS3 though, I already can't keep up between my other systems, and just built a new pc. I can't imagine it'd get enough use to justify the cost.

I got in for the PS3 bundle. I know it's still a race, but I hope it's NOTHING like the first year where their servers crashed. I have been wanting a ps3 for a long time, so I will definitely be trying for this. I won't be upset if I lose out, though. Good luck to anyone else who got invited.

It's fine. To be honest, I'd rather not win. You're not guaranteed to pick up the one thing you want anyway. It's a crapshoot. You get the ticket to buy it, not a guarantee you'll actually get it.

When you're picked you get a countdown timer on the Customer Vote website. At 0:00 the "Add to Cart" button shows up. Clicked on that.. waited a few seconds (seemed like forever!) and completed my transaction. I had a $20 GC from a previous Amazon promotion (Buy a DS and Guitar Hero and get a $20 GC). So, the final cost was $179.00. Looking at the invoice, it's fun to see a customer vote discount of -$368! Very cool.

Went back on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and picked up another Dualshock 3 controller for $40, Heavenly Sword for $20, Charge station for $8, and an AV cable for $4. Everything shipped this week.... :) :) :)
