Play FFX first if you haven't already. I bought FFX-2 for $30 and regretted it after loving FFX. The plot in X-2 didn't grab me after 10 hours and I play Final Fantasy games for the story so I stopped playing it. Also, if you hate jpop tunes like I do then skip FFX-2.

As for X2 -- I picked it up for $15 from Target a while back... I actually have to admit that I like it more than X; in fact, the cheesiness plays better than the sometimes overly brooding tone in X.

X2 is worth a look -- but you have to understand it's not really what FF games are known for -- it doesn't feel like the others at all. IMO, if you're not a real big RPG fan, then you might actually be X2's crowd.

Granted, I chose the cheap ass 1.99 shipping option, which makes a difference I guess. How slow/fast are they in processing these orders?
I believe it also depends where you live and how much is in stock at the moment. Open means they're double-checking it before it ships out.

The thing to do, with FFX2 or anyother $10 new game that you want to order is to tack on a cheap used game and use the PPLAY15 to get 15% off the used game and then put in the SAVER code to get free shipping for both items. This is great if you have a used game in mind . . . on this order I added Jedi Starfighter Xbox for $8 . . . but $5 net increase.

When I got FZERO for GC, I added Jumping Flash PS1 to my order for $4 (always wanted to play it) and got free shipping. Therefore it was like getting JF for $1.50 after the codes.
