That's for a "like new" copy in *gift quality* condition, whatever the fuck that means. There's probably something shady there, regardless of the seller's high feedback. At least with Amazon, you know you're not getting screwed with a bootleg or something.

I think a lot of the media hype is due to old-school media types still thinking there is something bleeding-edge and cool about online shopping, and therefore it makes sense to make a story out of an event that is dedicated to online, while BF was traditionally B&M-oriented. They don't seem to get that BF is now nearly as much of an online event as a B&M event.

I got mine over a year ago... wow, I didn't know I was in the Philips beta program! That might explain why it displayed the wrong day of the week after a certain date. They had to issue a firmware upgrade to fix it; hopefully that's pre-installed now.
