Hmm. Says it's available at the one right down the street from me. Anyone know the TIV of the regular collectors edition Halo 3? If it's around $20, I might just pay the difference.

i believe the Collector's is still $50. I really don't understand why companies do this, but they must just need to get rid of "exclusive" or promotional items. such as Target having the GTAIV collector's edition for like $24 when the normal was still $50 or $60.

i havent been yet, but it says 2 stores from me has this Legendary edition. i just hope they give it to me for that price. if they pull, "well, its an online special" i'll just say, well it says its not available online, so the only place to get it is in your store

It does indeed show the 29.99 price online. However, it can only be picked up in store...so...when I called 2 Gamestops that appear to have it in stock, they told me that they had previously been instructed to seperate the game itself from the rest of the package. Therefore, many of the Gamestops may not have this total package (game and extras). I think it is very misleading to say the least. The employee even told me that corporate needs to resolve this issue. So I guess I am saying that this is a hell of a good deal but very YMMV.
