EDIT-EB also has lowered the price to $29.99.

hmmm... I thought that was already the price and I was waiting for it to drop.... looks like I still have a long wait. (After getting so many $5-$10 games at TRU, I just can't justify more than $15-$20 anymore.)

If someone could post the free shipping codes, that would be very nice :)

Not bad, though I think I'll wait until it's $20 at Bestbuy so I can get it for $15 after GGC.

Tha was my plan too, though I may get a PM from EB and use a GGC now.

Yes this is sour grapes and I'm not actually doubting you but I almost cannot BELIEVE that there are best buy's out there that will pricematch from an EB and THEN let you use a GGC on it. Won't they ask for a printed ad?

I'll wait for it to hit 20 or less, although I know that will be a while.

Well, the way my local Bestbuy does it is that they'll actually call the store that you want to price match (doesn't matter if you have an ad or not, they'll still call the place), and if it's in stock they'll match their price. However, they are a bit iffy about letting you use coupons with a price match, it depends on the cashier. One time I had no problem price matching a game and using a GGC, the other time they told me I could only use a coupon or a price match. So it varies, I think it's easier if they're a new or inexperienced cashier.

I've already beat it but I would love to own a copy. Hoping maybe EB will have a deal like they did recently with FFX-2...great game though...and looking forward to snakeeater!

That's how mine works, they just call. I've only tried a PM with GGC once, and they let me do it but I guess it just depends who you talk to.

Nice! I've been waiting for a price drop on this one! I may still hold out till $20 though. Thanks for the heads up either way!

anyone know if this is going to be a player's choice and if so how long from now. An estimate of course. I love using bestbuy GGC's but the ones near me have a tendency to sell out of games not not restock them for a long time. I don't want to wait too long and have to settle for a PC copy.

Well, it was rumored that it was going to become a Player's Choice a few months ago, but obviously that didn't happen. I hear it sold pretty poorly, so I'm almost suprised it hasn't dropped even more. But I'm not even sure if it will ever go Player's Choice, since I think the sales requirement for that title is far above what the game sold.

nice game, the only thing that bugged me a little was the overdone bullet time cut scenes and very noticable slowdown.

Heh I picked this up 4 days after it came out for $22.xx at Target. :) Well worth it at $30.

I think it is $19.99 now. The Fry's ad says $19.99 "New Low Price!". I believe that means that the price is now $19.99 for good (unless it drops again).

It's 19.99 plus shipping on outpost.com too...that's pretty good, I may just go for it. Bestbuy still says 39.99 and while I think it will drop to 29.99 (Circuit City Has) using the GGC will only get me to $25 plus tax. Now, if Bestbuy would lower it to $20 also that would be REALLY fantastic.
