It could be released as a GH soon, but then it's MSRP wouldn't be 49.99 dollars still. It'd be 19.99. I'm tempted...but I can't bring myself to play Disgaea all the way through (heck all the way through the first chapter -- yeah I know I'm a horrible person). Even if it is GH...it's whats on the disc that matters. you won't be selling this game in the future...and even if you do, it won't be worth much (or have we not learned from the 8-bit gen how much games are worth from that era yet? Rarely are they worth more than a few dollars).

Somewhat unlikely, although we haven't heard of their next project after the US Prinny PSP game comes out.

And while D2 is possible...and would rock with the internet PS3/PSP link that Monster Hunter Portable Elite is getting...something tells me that Makai Wars (or another game that finally gives Asagi the lead) is their next project, as hinted in D3 and online.

For anyone who has played it...how's the story?

I liked the story but didnt like gameplay additions as much as in the first and there were too many maps with Geo Puzzles in this one. There were 2 whole dungeons that were more about the Geo Puzzle then beating the enemies. Its extreamly annoying having to walk all over a map destroying Geo Puzzles just to be able to attack the enemies....and worse its really annoying given that every enemy has like a 10-30 second attack animation you have to wait through. So many maps consisted of you move, 3 minutes of enemy attacks, you move, 3 minutes of enemy attacks, repeat till you destroy a geo panel........repeat again till destroing another geo panel and THEN if your lucky you fight.

Good price. I am going to wait and see if I can find it cheaper down the road, but if I did not have such a backlog, I would probably bite on this for 20.

You know I really preffer not to have a GH cover personally........but some of you make way too big of a deal out of it. If my choice is between a $15-$20 copy thats GH or $40-$50 ebay copy thats opened but not GH.....its a no brainer.

I actually purchased Disgaea 2 from rosenqueen recently for 29.99 and it's worth that price. I'd gladly pay 20 bucks for it though, lol.

I hated that section of the game. Both of em. Although this is where glitch throwing (is it a glitch when it's in all three games and then some?) and diag throwing come in handy...
