Well, in response to that article, the ONLY reason I got a PS3 (as opposed to sticking with my existing, outdated consoles) was for The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray.

Yes, $400 + $24 for one movie. Now obviously, I'm playing new games, but I'm sure I could have stuck it out for a few more years if it wasn't for that blasted movie.

On a side note, of my remaining systems, the Dreamcast still remains my favorite.

That's a good guess. I hate to over analyze this, but Uncharted is currently showing back ordered until Dec. 17th, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it offered up in there somewhere. It's a fun, entertaining game--definitely my favorite title overall in the PS3's "exclusive" line up. Sony should give those Naughty Dog guys a raise or bigger stock options or something.

By this time next year, Sony will be making it's very last attempt to try and keep the PS3 afloat. And if it's not successful, we will see an announcement in February of 2010 that Sony will stop production of the PS3, and focus it's attention toward other yet to be announced products (not in gaming). Yeah I'm still curious why everyone says 2-3 is Resistance 2. Never played it, but someone said iceland research facilities has a high chance of being Journey to Center of the Earth blu ray.

If this is the Journey blu ray, boy, I'm going to be pissed. It's being advertised as a PS3 Gold Box event, not a PS3 + crappy blu ray movies event. Seriously, based on the speculations here, BEST case scenario, 5/9 of these deals will be PS3 games. Absurd.

no more guessing on this one. I'm positive this is Naruto. I put in 影分身の術　a.k.a. Kage bunshin no jutsu into google and the first thing it came up with was an entry for Naruto in wikipedia.
