I'm thinking he's talking about tobacco. Dipping is sort of like chewing tobacco. Except you don't chew. You put it between your gums and your cheeks. It comes in all sorts of flavors.

Yep, that's a dipper. I dipped because I fell into peer pressure at MCT. I don't like getting a buzz, so I quit. That and I had this Sgt who just had dipped between his teeth and stuff all the time...just nasty.

tobacco's worthless. it's really bad for you, and it doesn't even get you high. i figure, if you're going to do something, at least have fun while you do it. marijuana all the way.

I'd be Trap Jaw of the newer He-Man series. He was a joke in the original, but now he's a badass!
Tyranny, I think that weed, even though it may be more fun... might even cause more harm. Living with a bunch of stoners is enough proof of this. Well then again most of them were idiots to begin with, but now they're even dumber idiots with bad lungs and short term memory. At least with tobacco you know what damage you're doing to yourself.
Oh and mean 'dumber idiots' in a nice, terms of endearment sort of way.

my best friend does. Copenhagen is so freakin expensive! a can goes for like 5 and a log for like 35.
Also it may look nasty but I prefer to be around people who dip as opposed to people who smoke
