That was the only deal ever got lucky on, you really should'nt feel bad for not getting it at $30. Trust me I went to a surprisingly (considering its BF) empty Target and there was only 1 copy left (at 7am). I played through the game - was a lot fun, easily worth $50 IMO.

Today's deal for $29.99, for instance, on Amazon's deal of the day with a $10 off coupon via Cheapy. Doubt it'll ever be that cheap again, but $39.99. So you gotta figure you're only getting $40 off on the PS3.

Seriously, it was no big deal. They told me they only had to return it and then re-sell it all with the receipt so that was easy.

I managed to get a price match on the CircuitCity Nyko PS3 blu-ray remote, only at Bestbuy I got the official Sony PS3 Blu-Ray remote for $15.

Ya know, before that name sticks and I have to stop posting in this forum...I wasn't really that pissed. My parents were. I guess they felt slightly cheated by having this deal come out so soon after they made the purchase. I do wonder how long CAN one wait to make the same exchange? I mean, if suddenly there's a new Far Cry 2 or some other game or movie added for the same price after christmas...can one do the same thing as right now? I'd imagine probably...depending on how nice the people at your BB are. The ones at my BB are total pricks.

Well Princess, I gotta say its usually up to the stores discretion. If its within a couple of days, most will work with you. If its more than a week, Id say theres less of a chance of that happening.

Walked up with the receipt and 3 day sale ad. Told them I just got it on tues and the 3 day ad had the free game and asked if they could help me out. The manager didnt have a problem and they did a "refund" the re-sold it to me so they could bundle out the game for free.

I'd imagine that maybe the Holiday season could save you if you got it weeks before. I know the return policy is extended by double the usual.
