FF7 Crisis Core: $19.86 at WalMart? (unconfirmed)

I saw FF7: CC in the clearance bin at a local WalMart (Capilano, Edm) -- I don't know if this game is clearance or if it was a mistake, but possibly worth investigating? Definitely a good little title, especially for FF7 nostalgia whores like myself.

I saw it the other day at my walmart in the value games bin too. When I took it to the price scanner it came up as 34.99, so perhaps they're just making space for new games.
