I always wanted another sequel to Startropics. It was one of my first games and two games just wasn't enough for me.

Skygunner (it needed some obvious fix ups, the kind a sequel usually fixes. Then the game would be great)

I'd like to see a TRUE sequel to Conker's Bad Fur Day, not just a version with updated graphics and multiplayer.

You know, there's never been a true sequel to PONG, if I'm not mistaken...

Or how about a new version of Minesweeper?

Any chance of Longhorn shipping with a copy of Solitaire 2?

All kidding aside...I would have loved to see a sequel to Sam and Max Hit the Road, but LucasArts made sure that we'd never get it. Bastards...

Eternal Darkness, ICO

On one of my frantic game-collecting sprees adding things to my wishlist, I saw they were making another sequel for ICO :). Doesn't come out till next december I believe though. But still cool.

As for me... I'd like to SEE Kingdom Hearts 2 and Paper Mario 2 ;)

As soon as I saw the title to this thread I thought of Chrono Trigger/Cross. That game/s defenitely deserves a sequel and I can't believe that no one has said that yet. Kid Icarus is another game that also deserves a sequel.

Wasn't Project Justice the sequel to Rival Schools? Or was it the other way around?

No love for Project Justice?

Moving right along:
BG&E
Skies of Arcadia
Metal Arms
Mark of Kri (this one is in the works, though)
Kid Chameleon
System Shock (another one)
Wheel of Time

There were several, actually. Some were knock-offs with new features but others came from Atari. These introduced features like variable paddle size (high scorer uses more difficult short paddle), pinball-esque multiball, and one I recall with analog sticks instead of paddles that allowed both X and Y movement to let you hit the ball with more 'spin' ala Air Hockey.

XP comes with Spider Solitaire, which has been a favorite of mine since introduced in the Win98 Plus Pack. It is semi-secretly one of my favorite XP features. I used to carry the three files for Win98 Spider on a floppy so I could make it appear on any Windows machine in case I stuck waiting around on a download some other wait at a client site.

I want more games in the Final Fantasy X universe.

FF X-2-2

FF X-2-2-2

FF X-2-2-2-2

And so on, ad infinitum.

Why yes, yes I do. So long as someone else is buying or CAG prices are in effect.

Pretty sure this was supposed to be planned out as a trilogy. I think they are still going to release the next two game in the series, but i'm not sure.

No, sadly that rumor came about from an old French news story.

I have a good list, based on games I gave a 8.8 or better to.

Animal Crossing
Blaster Master (Because I can't forgive the punishment I received playing the so called sequels)
Crystalis
River City Ransom
Ninja Five-O

Seems like most of the games I love got a sequel somewhere down the road.

Oh and theres one game that got a sequel that needs It's third installment. Come on Blizzard, whats the hold up? Diablo 3.

Oh man, Anachronox. I totally forgot about that. Yeah, definitely. Too bad Eidos won't allowed games that won't sell well anymore.

I can't believe I forgot about Diable. That game truly deserves a sequel. Also I thought of another, Einhander, but first I need to find a full version of the original.

Yeah, there definitley needs to be another Chrono game. It's not like the franchise has bombed or anything, so why SquareEnix has not given us a new installment on the PS2 (or even Gamecube if they desire) is kind of mystifying. It's pretty much the only RPG series I like, becasue there are no random battles, and the battle system is top notch, especially in Chrono Cross.

I would like to see a followup to Tetrisphere, which is probably one of the most underrated puzzle games to be released last generation. A Gamecube version of Excitebike would be great, and Nintendo should really consider doing a remake of Mach Rider. And Nintendo sure as hell needs a followup to Super Smash Bros. Melee, instead of waiting for the next console to release it. Another Waverace game would be nice, too.

I was so psyched for Full Throttle II when they announced it at E3 2002, and was glad it was still planned at E3 2003. But shortly thereafter they cancelled it! Now how am I gonna know what happened with Ben and Irene? ;)
