MGS4 has been $10 less at Rogers for a month now and is $10 less at Wal-Mart tomorow as stated above.

I thought the $30 MGS4 deal for rogers ended? Im probably wrong though.

Rogers raised the price of MGS4, checked last week. Its $49.99 now.

Yes... US and Canada are the same region. Not only that, PS3 games are region-free.
