I ordered the 20 gig hdd and 3 months of live for 29.99 on the 23 and received a shipped email with the tracking number and is scheduled to be delivered on the 30,when i try to tracked the number on the ups website its says "Billing information has been sent to UPS." its been like that for two days and the package is suppose to be here torrorow.Is this program a scam?

Oh definitely, Microsoft, one of the world's largest companies, is trying to scam you out of $30.
I'm sure the tracking system is just screwed up for some reason. You sure you're entering the right number?

I'm clicking on the tracking number through the shipped email.

"Billing information has been sent to UPS." means that it isn't in UPS' hands yet, still at the dock of MS.
Due to the holiday shipping, I'm sure everything is backed up.
just be patient some more...
