Will PAL Call of Duty: WaW work on NTSC XBOX 360?

Hey guys,

I just got Call of Duty: World at War for my XBOX 360 for X-Mas. However, it turns out that my Dad got the PAL version on GoGamer.com (which I just checked did not mention it was a PAL version), while I have an NTSC XBOX 360.

I have a few questions:



Should there be any problems playing the game on my XBOX 360?
Would there be any issues with achievements on the PAL version matching up to the NTSC version (i.e. if I check on a friend's achievements for the game, would I be able to compare my achievements?)
Would there be any XBOX Live matchmaking issues?

All help is appreciated, as I am unsure whether or not to take off the plastic wrap, which would inevitably limit my return options.

It's region free man. The website above region tests their stock of games, and will have the info on the product description page for all to see. All the issues you're worried should be non-existent so I wouldnt worry about any problems. Hope that sets your mind at ease. Now tear away that plastic!!
