You're supposed to get the t-shirt when you reserve it, but that method is so fucked up, they either don't get enough or they just give them away to whoever they want. It's so much easier and fair when they hand it out to preorders when you go to pick it up, which may be what they are doing and that's what happened at your store. I just know that t-shirts are supposed to be handed out whenever they get them, which can be before the game is released or a couple weeks after release.

Thanks for the code. Doesn't work, it appeared to be validating with the EA server so I guess they're one use only. Was the pack any good?
