From mainly a personality point of view, I'd say Ryan Reynolds could pull off Nate pretty well. The others I don't know. Maybe Ernie Reyes Jr as Eddy Raja? He played a similar character in The Rundown.

Ya know, I'm not too familiar with Hollywood to look at the people who would fit the part...but..if they find someone who looks JUST LIKE NATE, then I will get all the proper surgeries done to play as Elena.

Firefly is probably his most-known work that would be similar to Uncharted.

Yeah, he was a good villain in Walking Tall, which is one of the only things I've seen him in. He's supposed to be M. Bison in the new Street Fighter movie, so he doesn't seem to be opposed to video game movies.
