PSN Account Territory Question

Ok, here's a tricky question for the PS3 pros:

I currently have a NA PSN account. I need to review a DLC game, but the code the company gave us is only for the European Playstation store.

If I create an EU PSN account will I be able to be able to play NA gamers in multiplayer? And If use than log-in can I download European SingStar songs?

I'm baffled by all this.

You mean you don't have a European PSN account? You just create a new PSN account on a new User account and set your region as whatever region you want to get access to that region's store. I think it would be up to whether the game's servers are international or not for whether you can play with people in other regions. You can download anything in their store as long as you have the right currency/PSN card for it, though there are others that know more about that around here.
