Nope, it was 49.99$ (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=116415). However it's been at 19.99$ on amazon.ca for at least a month. The only 20$ SquareEnix games I know of are the (sweet) Taito remakes.
PS excellent game. Get it now if you don't have it yet!

The game has been that price at EB and 25 bucks at BBV for a while now.

I'm pretty sure Toys R Us has this for $19.99 as well, noticed it during the B1G1F deal when it was on. I've been meaning to pick it up ever since.
