Forgot about some of these. Number 18 I didn't even know. Really shows that Cheney/Bush were just itching for a justification of any kind, true or false, for "war".

I love how everybody loves to bash Bush about going to war. Did any of these idiots ever think of the fact that Congress has to approve war declarations? Yeah, that means that Bush can want to go to war all he wants, but he needs a 2/3 vote from the Senate and a 3/4 vote from the House to do it. Quit only blaming Bush for the war.
