From Neca's Player Select line. Series 1 apparently only has 3 Characters. They did a real nice job on the Ken Masters fig but Ryu looks a bit bug eyed but still not bad at all:

LOL. Yeah the designs are really...fantastical but then again they are based on the character designs of the game which are pretty stylish if not borderline wacky:)
