For the Ebay offer you have to use an email address form your ISP. like an "@comcast.net" or one from a schoool like a "@fas.harvard.edu". If you use a normal address like hotmail or even Gmail it will ask you for a credit card.

I had a freeipods.com account that I left in the dust.. I gave up. I checked back in after a few weeks from giving up, and saw that they have confirmed 5 of my 23 referrals, offer also confirmed. I hit the redeem button, and filled out the form. There's no need for another freeipodnow.com link to be posted. (mine, don't need 2..) Now all I need do is wait.
