BTW in case anyone was wondering, these people are reputable. I've ordered from them several times with no problems.

I've had issues with them before. They shipped my order to the wrong address and customer service pretty much told me to deal with it when I contacted them.

On a different order, they dropped the price of an item after I'd ordered it but before it shipped, and they refused to adjust the price or let me cancel my order and then reorder.

I'm not saying that the site is run by scam artists as I've ordered other things with no problems, but the customer service blows.

I used to order from them a while back with no problems at all.

Then on there web site a lot of games were listed that I would order and then they would cancel my order stating that the game was not in stock and would not be returning to stock but is was listed in stock and available on the web site. I had this happen to me multiple times.

I also agree with the others that there customer service blows.

Does anyone know (maybe cheapyD or anyone who lives near NYC) whether this website is related to the retail store near Penn Station? The store went out of business a few weeks ago (probably 1 1/2 months ago), although I think there are other game express stores in NYC (i think there's 1 in Queens)

I believe that they do have 2 stores I believe one in NJ and one in NY.

I will say I have ordered from them alot.

I have had orders cancelled for items not being in stock and I finally stopped ordering from them. I finally gave them one more shot and they seemed to improve in all areas. So I say thumbs up.

I've ordered from them twice before without any problems. And by the way... Getting charged $9.00 for shipping on my WHOLE order a rip off? Let's do some math: 6 games / $9.00 = $1.50 per game. Very reasonable...
