Hey guys,I've been along time lurker here and I am having problems receiving my free game from this website,I was wondering if any one could help. Here is alittle timeline of what has happened.

I completed 2 offers and picked a game. I was told it was to be mailed out 12-18-08 and received by 12-25-08,but since it was a holiday I figured I would give it a few days. I submitted a support ticket on 01-02-09 and stated my problem. This is what response I got:
"I am sorry to hear your game has not yet arrived. Items typically arrive within 3-5 business days of being sent so it should have by now.

As it has not, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your shipment. To prevent any further delay though, we will issue a replacement to you. The game will be shipped to you tomorrow and should arrive within 2-3 business days." That was on 01-04-09 and they closed the support ticket but I opened it back up asking for a tracking number or anything and I still have not received the game or any other information.

alot of those places lie on shipping dates. I ordered my psp from the gratis site and it took 4 weeks longer. Even then you should ask the person who referred you questions about their shipments.

samething happened to me and it was that the game i ordered was so popular it took 2 weeks to get here. before that i ordered gh2 and never arrived i did wat u did with the ticket but instead i just got something diff and got it faster


so wat im basically sayin try to get a diff game maybe its sold out or they have to many orders

No. Don't try to get a different game. They're just stalling and hoping that you forget about it. This happens all the time. Just keep pestering them and you'll eventually get it.

Trainn is very legit ive earned over 3k with them, theyll come through in the just keep asking.

I've got 2 games from them over the summer very fast. Ordered Fallout 3 and it took almost 2 months and 4 trouble ticket submissions before it came.

See the game I got which I wouldn't think was still real popular was the first Scene-It game. I thought maybe me,the wife and kids would like playing it. Should I open up another support ticket or leave that one open and see if they respond back to it (they closed it after they sent that message)?

I would open a new support ticket. I tried reopening one of a closed ticket and they commented that they weren't alerted to it, so no one attended to it.

Ash, email Trainn as well as opening aother support ticket. It's been my experience that they tend to respond better to email.

In your email, state your support ticket number(s), briefly explain what happened, the timeline, etc. You might also want to verify the address in your account, or ask them to verify where they shipped it.

I emailed both yourfree360games.com and Trainn's main page,I could always try again. I went ahead and opened up another support ticket,maybe I'll get my game.

You just need to wait it out. Sometimes their shipping estimates are off. I've received 18 games from them, with credits for two more piled up, and have only had a problem twice. Both times I contacted them about a game not arriving, and both times I received the same response you did, along with my game shortly after. I'd give it another week, and if doesn't show, email them again.

Understandable, but just know that this is not a typical experience. Every time I've done it the whole process (from starting the offers, cancelling, and getting the game) has taken me no more than an hour of time. It might take a few days for things to credit and such, but I've never been screwed.

Most of the time, they will get it to you. Just keep emailing them.

I had to go out of town for a bit,but I opened up another support ticket and they replied that my game had not shipped because it wasn't in stock. They asked if I wanted a different game and I replied that I did so hopefully I'll get me game soon. They seem pretty legit,so maybe it might have been just a little mess up.

Yah TRAINN is legit as they come. As I've received 20 items from them, with my latest being a Guitar Hero WT just last night.

Only had one problem with them, and that was when they shipped a Guitar Hero 3 to someone else, they immediately sent me another and I got it within a few days. The site should be smoothing out with shipping now that the holidays are over.

Is it Scene It Box Office Smash? Cause thats wierd, amazon.com has both the bundle and game only in stock, and they usually order through amazon.

No it was just Scene It,Scene It Box Office Smash is the 2nd one. I haven't checked to see if the one I ordered was in stock or not.

Trainn is legit like everyone said. I got 10 referrals and my gift card took way too long to receive. They never send tracking information, which.... if I send a gift card to someone worth $500, I'd want the tracking number. It took 4 support tickets over 2 weeks to get it.

Well,I chose a different game and I received it just the other day. I'm glad they they finally came through.
