Wii bundle value?

I am somewhat toying with the idea of selling my Wii bundle, and was just wondering what a rough estimate would be.
My bundle is like new, so here goes-
Wii
2 Wii-mote/nunchuck
1 Wavebird
All cables etc, no box though
Mario Kart with 2 wheels
LoZ TP
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Zak and Wiki
PoP Rival Swords

I am in talks with a lady on Craigslist that wants just the system, wii sports, the controllers, Mario Kart, and SMG, what do you think would be fair? $300? $275?
She seemed a bit clueless on the whole Wii thing, but I don't want to rip her off.
just e-mailed her back and said $300, negotiable. I also told her what all this would cost at Gamestop used, and what I did was add that up, which came to $390, and told her $300 seemed fair to me, we'll see what she says.

Yea, we'll see what she says, but for those fe items, I won't be surprised if I lower it a bit, but that still leaves me with a ton of games etc to sell, so it should work out fine, I bet I have at least $100 in games if I sell the sep.

Just got a e-mail back from the lady and we agreed to $280, which I found to be pretty fair for both of us. Guess that means you guys get the benefit of all my extra stuff :)
