i got a used (cart only) copy at Blockbuster for $14.99 last week. good luck if there are any left from the bogo used sale, though. might be worth calling around for.

I snagged a used, complete copy off secondspin.com for just under $16 during their 20% off/free shipping sale. They've always got deals going on though, so keep an eye on the site to see if one comes in stock.
