Anti Virus/Internet secruity deals?

I was using Kaspersky for the last year or so and my year just ran out so now my stuff has been out of date for a month or two. I have been watching for deals where antivirus/Internet Security is either free with rebate or damn cheap but I have not seen anything. I am getting close to the point where I just pay full price for one(ouch)since firefox/IE are starting to not load pages for me or load horribly slow...its making me nervous I have a bug already. So does anyone know of any deal on AV/IS going around? I dont care if its Kaspersky as long as it offers quality protection.

Avast and AVG are both free and highly rated. As for a firewall there is Zone Alarm and Comodo. There are many others. Just hit up download.com and search for them. If you are using a router, you don't really need anything more than the windows firewall.
