I'll keep this short, someone purchases a brand new GHWT wireless guitar from me. A month later, they complain that the guitar doesn't work.

I reply and say I'll gladly give them a full refund once I get the guitar back and confirm that it's dead.

I receive the guitar back and play a couple of songs, everything registers perfectly and I make a video clip showing proof that the guitar works and show it to the buyer. I test every single thing on the guitar, all the frets, touchpad, star power bar, back/start, sync buttons, everything works fine.

Buyer replies that something must've gotten shaken up in the mail and caused the guitar to work again. I asked them if they synced the guitar up correctly. They reply saying that when they pressed the guide button, all 4 lights blinked in a circle. I ask them if the blinking stopped in one quadrant to represent the player and they say no. In order for a guitar controller to be in sync with a 360, both Sync buttons must be pushed in order to establish a connection, which is what they didn't do.

I'm quitting eBay/PayPal after this stupid shit, fucking blaming me for USER error.

What a idiot. eBay is horrible now, sellers can be blamed for anything. System is broken.

i've met more then one person who had problems grasping the syncing process, I guess they just use wired controllers or something
