xfx 9800 gt/saints row 2

ok so i have a xfx 9800 gt and have been playing all the latest games lag free recently fear 2 demo on all high without any problems.but when i installed saints row 2 in the fast driving parts it looks like it slows down a bit. so is it my card or is the game just coded bad. also i have a intel q6600 and 5 gigs of ram.

Likely its a poor port on PC and has nothing to do with your PC.
