Well, as game collectors, we all have games, CDs and DVDs without cases. It's unavoidable. You go to the thrift store and see a game only copy of GTA4 for $10. You have to take it. But, what do you do about the cases? I've tried printing my own, but they don't look very good. So, I'm looking for a professional place that will print my covers for me. Somewhere like Fedex Kinkos, where I can bring in 20 covers on a flash drive, and pay to have them printed. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money either. If it gets to the point where it's $3 a cover, I'll buy my over high-quality printers. :/

Anyway, any suggestions? I'll mostly be printing DVD, 360 and Wii covers. (Maybe some Blu-Ray/HD-DVD)

There is a thread somewhere that talks about creating custom dvd case artwork that have people creating pretty good covers. I have asked what type of paper is used to print out these covers and no one has replied. It can't be card stock or photo paper. As soon as you insert the sheet into the case and close it, it creates visible creases, so it has to be something else.

Yeah, I think that was the DS/GBA case project. But like I said, I'm sick of dealing with the headaches of printing my own, I just want to pay to have it done. :)

Check http://www.thecoverproject.net/, there's a ton of info on that site about printing covers.

OfficeMax is roughly $1.50 each laser printed on a glossy stock. Looks pretty close to the originals - get your files from either The Cover Project or CD Covers, and save them to a flash drive.

But does glossy stock create white crease lines when folding them into the case?

Kodak inkjet AIO printer with glossy paper (not high glossy, just regular glossy).. pretty close to it. Though my AIO just bit the dust so I have to call Kodak tomorrow.

Not when I've done it. The printer gets the ink into the paper rather than on top - I generally cut them to fit, put them flat into the case (open it all the way), and then let it get a natural crease when you close the case. Hasn't been a problem yet.
