Hi, I'm keen on trying out a second hand BF2 or BF2142 on the PC.

I also have an EA account and understand that we can register our BF2 account with the EA account.

My question is, being a used copy, will that impact my ability to link my BF2 account with my EA account?

Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend contacting EA support. They'll probably know best.

Yeah, good luck getting a non-canned response from EA support.

I don't know the definite answer to this, sadly, but I'd guess that having a used copy won't prevent you from linking your account. As long as the guy you bought it from isn't trying to play online with the same key, you're probably OK.

Good to see new (potential) 2142 players.
