While they are in elementary school.

This part got me laughing, "District spokeswoman Karen Corona said a closer look revealed the test-taker was a boy masquerading as a girl."
I'm guessing the girl payed the guy to take the exam for her, he probably assumed taking the exam himself would be the best way around it.

Also, didn't the kid have enough sense to borrow the girls ID, or at least make a fake one? I photoshop school IDs all the time, it's easy.

City school officials said a monitor verifying that each student was taking the proper exam suspected something was amiss when the name on the test and the person taking it didn't match.
...Really. This was the tip off? Now I wonder if the little crossdresser could've gotten away with it if he'd remembered who's name was SUPPOSED to be on the exam.
