I'm wondering if there is a site that details this stuff. You know, things like where you can get a B1G1 Free on products, sales on meat, etc. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any information.

There's a site, TheGroceryGame.com, which allows you to sign up with them (I believe it's fairly cheap) and select a food store as your preferred shopping place. It will then tell you what coupons are available in the paper, what sales are going on in store and how much you can save. It plans out when you should buy certain goods based on when coupons and store sales coincide. It's not free, but it certainly looks like it can help make a huge difference on your grocery bill if you only buy what's on sale.

www.southernsavers.com (http://www.southernsavers.com)
I go there quite frequently. You can get some decent weekly deals. No signup necessary.

Bargainshare has a very active grocery coupons section:
bargainshare.com/index.php?showforum=3 (http://bargainshare.com/index.php?showforum=3)
I don't think you have to be registered to read it, but you do need to be registered if you want to post something.

Personally, I use this thread from Slickdeals (httphttp://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=0&t=836711) for coupons.

I like www.grocerysmarts.com
It lists the weekly circulars and let's you highlight what you want and print out a grocery list with what you wanted. It also has coupon listings.
