Log into Dell, then use the link in your email to check your status... What does it say under bill to/ship to? I called them to see and they have the info just the site is lacking in this area.

Then you made this post which currently has almost 4000 views which means if alot of those people order this then that could raise a red flag to dell and have them ALL canceled. This loophole has been in the EPP site for as long as its been up. My company qualifies for the program but I have friends who have left and still get the discounts. If dell was worried they would have fixed it.

Yeah i know there's no way to enforce people posting deals from this site onto the huge sites like FW and SD but maybe if just some basic logic could be sticky noted somewhere saying hey if you post our deals on huge sites then historically the deals runs out quicky if not within minutes which i've seen happen before and hey if you want to get in on this deal and/or make some cash off it by flipping then maybe hold off on posting the deal for at least 24hrs. I mean i don't have a problem with someone wanting to post deals on other sites to give back to the community that got you deals in the past but when it just plain and simply kills the deal so quickly and sometimes even ends up getting preivious orders canceled then why do that. It just blows my mind that some people dont see the logic in keeping deals on the down low for 24hrs or so!

usually the company you work for has a program in place with their vendors. If the hospital she works for uses Dell products more then likely they have a program in place for their employee's to get an epp discount.

I had called them as my cancellation email said to do so to see if it got assigned a new order number and other then their sales reps being super clueless when it came to why my order was canceled they said many of the delayed shipments of this will probably get canceled after a few delays since it was pulled from their system and that is why they could not reinstate my order. I had mentioned that I bet if my order was for a $1000 laptop they they would have went out of their way to get my order reinstated but after getting bounced all around their system with so many clueless CS reps I will be more cautious ordering from them in the future. As for the time before the automatic cancellation, I think they said it was like 2 or 3 delays.
