I suspect he's talking about the one-handed controllers, of which I think there were 2 versions, one for PS1 and one for PS2.

I am looking for the special edition ASCII/ Capcom one made for Genesis. I haven't found any online, and the only evidence I have for their existence is the box.
There was a Genesis one? Damn i never knew that. I have seen a Superfamicom one before.
