I can either spend $50 now for 4000 points and get two free tickets for Watchmen which would be like $18 anyway. Sell my extra ticket to a friend to recoup the cost of it and now the Live Points would be like $32. That's pretty nice actually.


I suggest that to any and everyone planning on seeing the movie then. I'll skip out on the imax showing. I'd rather sit in a plush seat somewhere then in the tight quarters of our closest imax. I'll catch another imax movie later in the year....

So sale price 29.99- 20.00 off = 9.99

you must present the coupon the cashier, and probably have to do separate transactions for the cashier to apply each coupon to each game, b/c most of them will not do it for all 3 of the same title. It says limit 3 titles per a customer and you can only use it on regular price items, but in the past the 20.00 off coupon have always ended on a Sunday, and on that Sunday, the game drops significantly, like the red alert PC game. This coupon is valid only till 3/1/09 only, so if you want to get this game, you have to go today.

I did the in-store pickup for the 7.99 one month live and the movie pack with no problems (other than I had to waiting in the customer service line instead of the in-store pickup line becuse they only had one person working the counter).

I went back in afterwards, and saw about two dozen of the promo packs sitting on a shelf near the XBL stuff. I saw they had a sale on the 12 month XBL pack with the chat pad, headset and PGR for $50; since my XBL gold membership expires this month, I almost bougt that, too (I need a new headset anyway). I figured I'd get a second promo set, but changed my mind at the last second.

I might still go back for that, though, regardless of the promo pack...

Honestly, if I go to BB for any reason for something specific, I always do the store pick-up. It's pretty convienent and (usually) I'm in and out in less than minutes, especially during Christmas.

Since I was at the same store yesterday and they had no idea what I was talking about, I figured in-store pickup would ease matters, since I wouldn't have to deal with asking floor associates.

i am going this saturday to see watchmen, i already printed out the ticket. theres an option there to save your ticket as pdf and print out later. there is an expiration date it think its the 20th. so from 6th - 20th you can use your ticket. i tried to see the participating theaters and it only gave me 3 near my zip code but when i redeem the code it had 9 theaters within 10 miles from my zip code. so not to worry about shitty theaters.

btw i went to circuit city yesterday and they had loads of wireless les pauls for 360/ps3/wii. 360 were $20.00 same goes for the ps3. the wired guitar for 360 was $13.00

the bundles for guitar hero 3 and aerosmith are $35. for 360 and ps3. 11373 is the zip code. here in Queens NY.

so try not to get the bestbuy deal if you can find the guitar at circuitcity.

Probably deducts the $12 or $15 difference from the game price, so you can't buy the game + guide and return the game for full price.

this will be my last attempt in copying coupons on here, but you have to sign up for reward zone anyway, you need a reward zone membership card,and become a gamers club member to get this exclusive saving, both are free, and easy to get, so do that on Best Buy, and you will be able to print as many coupons as your heart desires, make sure you don't purchase more than 3 in a transaction, or at most places, you have to do 1 per a transaction to get the coupon to do what it do.

oh those coupon are valid on sale prices, but it was a 1 day only thing, I've done this before many times where the coupon expires on the date the game goes on sale, and on that day only, the game will ring up 29.99, and the cashier will take the coupon, and deduct 20.00 off, and not even question about what's the true value of the game. Unless you have came across a super genius, or used to be on CAG best buy employee, you will not have any problems getting the discount no matter what.

This deal could not have come at a better time. I was just planning on buying both a year of Live and going to see Watchmen this weekend.
