ooo well best buy match online from either buy.com, or samsclub or Costco? Secondly uh does costco or sams carry CE? And finally is it illegal to buy at BB on launch and return the games when they arrive in mail?

As far as I'm aware BB will only price match what a local competitor is selling the product for. It also has to be a B&M store that you're matching. You might be able to get away with the Costco or Sam's Club PM if you have those stores in your area.
