Nope! Didn't watch it.
Watched it and I don't know why the hell the guy was "FIRED".
I was too distracted by the commercial of the Trump boardgame.

It was BS. Trump was going on and on about how, in a business situation, if one did the same thing, it would be the end. He was dead wrong, leaders put themselves on the line. His performance in the task was good enough that he should never have been at risk. He should have at least lasted to the final episodes.

I didn't see it this week and I highly doubt I'll start watching it again next week.

hehe........that board game did look interesting.......wondering if it is just a clone of monopoly or something.............and yeah, i don't know why the guy was fired, i feel really sorry for him...........trump seemed kind of crazy in this episode.....he kept telling that one girl to shutup......its definitely tougher this season

No,
That dude made an impulsive mistake that risked everything with no benefit or gain whatsoever. If you have a company that you have tons of money invested in, do you want somebody running it that will risk everything just to puff himself up with no benefit in sight?
The guy's real mistake was not really fessing up to making a mistake. He should have told Trump that he knows he blew it and has learned the lesson already.

i actually thought giving up the immunity thing would help the guy.......i thought trump would see this as a sign of confidence and as putting himself on the line for the team......i hope trump didn't just do this for ratings

I think Trump saw it as a stupid move and an inflated ego which could lead to huge problems..

i think the Bradford's explanation in the cab was really good, but he should have said that in front of trump so maybe he could of saved himself

Okay seriously I missed part of the show and didn't see it. What exactly did he do? They kept talking about how he made this huge "life threatening" mistake, but what the heck was it??

I don't usually watch shows with actual humans on them unless it's G4TechTV or a few others I might mention if I wanted my sexuality called into question.

I disagree. He gave up his immunity because, as he said himself, he was really confident with his performance. Sure, he was a good team player, but I think Trump thought his act was totally arrogant and too risky. I'm sure the guy didn't think Ivana would pick him to join them in the boardroom.
Legolas813
09-16-2004, 11:31 PM
yeah it was partly Ivana's fault for picking him in the first place

I hate ivana now. Bradford was kewl and misjudged. I can't wait to see the team be meen to Ivana though. Also i dont really see why everyone hats Stacie so much. Last weeks "outburst" was pathetic, even with the slanderous editing (not to attack it, but thats what happens) it seemed like the women went overboard.
PS Ivana's stoopid and not cool and i dont like her

So wait you;re saying he was fired just because he gave up the immunity? That's ridiculous! He I amd expecting an ACTUAL mistake when all he did was get fired for being confident? That can't be right.
The Stacie issue, while over blown, they've still all gotten off on the wrong foot with her, they dont like her and she's not doing anything to change that first impression. She get's indignant when pushed rather than defending herself with a cool head and facts, not that shes a bad person (she's sure as hell no Omarosa) but she has weak personal skills, and now they have to deal with her for another week. Hopefully the teaser is an indication that they'll drop their differences and smarten up.

He was fired because he was acting cocky saying he would feel comfortable even without immunity, and Trump called his bluff. I think it was insulting to those who WERE on the line to be fire that he wouldn't be sweating if he was in the postion they were in.

Had he not earned immunity in the first place, his performance during the task would have been enough to keep him from being fired. It was impressive that, in spite of the fact that he was not at risk, he gave his all to the project. There is no question that they are a weaker team without him.

True, but regardless of his performace, he was rude in how confident he was, because even if he did the best job possible, he would have been nervous if he had to go there with his bag packed. It was belittling how nervous the rest of his team.

The point is he didn'tdo anything but say "I'm confident enough in my performance that I could do without the immunity." Fine it's cocky but it's not like he actually DID something wrong. If he had actually cost them something and said that it would have been a justified firing, but he actually was competant at the task, wasn't he?
That was pointless, I hope they atleast let him go back for his bags later.

bradford got a lil overconfident that his abilities would win him through, even if he was at risk. I saw it that he was asserting that he was that good, but Trump took it as stupidity, but it shouldn't have overridden his actions in the actual game. If it was only based on skill, putting his immunity on the line would have been fine and he would have been safe... unfortunately for him, something was up Trump's ass and that didn't sit well.
That Jen girl wouldn't shut up. Annoying.
That Stacey should be thanking her lucky stars that Bradford acted like that, she deserved to get booted.

I actually thought that what Bradford did was a trump-ish desicion. He made a risky decision that would win him the confidence of his peers. As soon as i heard that, I thought Trump would start to like Bradford more.
O well, I'm rooting for Mosaic anyway. Apex acts like a group of flirty Middle School girls doing a school project
BTW, didnt they interview bradford on the today show cause he got fired. I missed it cuz i overslept (yay jewish holiday!) but did anyone see it?

The instant I heard Trump accept Bradford's release of immunity I knew he would get the boot. Trump could hardly contain his disdain for Bradford's decision. I could see the pain train coming a mile away. I felt so helpless because I liked Bradford. I wanted to reach into the screen and smack him around when he said that shit. Oh well.

Trump gets to keep Staci and Ivana now. Which would make some good drama within the team now. Just like they did by keeping Omarosa and Sam a little bit longer than they should have.

Yeah I caught it, the first time Trump said you did a stupid thing I knew it was over for Brad, he had made a major mistake and Trump wasn't going to let it slide. Personally I could see Brad's reasoning for doing it clear as day, I was also surprised when he got the axe for doing it even though he did a good job.

The thing that everyone is forgetting, how about the guys asking Trump about donating all the money they earned. I mean that was unexpected and a good show of character from the men's side.

Yep, just watched it tonight, that was stupid firing him simply because he felt confident in his performance on the task. Had he not had an excemption, there is almost no way he would have been fired, Trumps even said Bradford did a great job, but still fired him, how fucking stupid is that. Trumps credibility just went down two pegs in my book.
Hey, I just watched him get fired again. :)

I didnt like Brad that much anyways. But I gotta agree w/ Trump because if he made a sudden decision when in a charge of a big business, he could run it into the ground. But the funny part was when Ivana and the other girl (w/ the bangs) were so shocked but Stacie J was just glad not to get fired. I think the board game looks like monopoly by the way

Watching it a second time, it's STILL a stupid reason to fire anyone....
BUT. at the same tim I think I understand what Trump's getting at (the extra boardroom footage helps here) Basically it's like he opened himself up to the one possible vulnerability that there could be, regardless of if he'd have done a great job he put himself in a position where he could loose and that's not what Trump's looking for. He want's someone that will make smart decisions AND keep their advantages when they get them.
Yeah I still agree it's a stupid and completly implausible reason to be fired from the show but at the same time it's like saying you stood up and said "fire me and not someone else."
