Just stopped by my local Gamestop, the huge box set limited edition of Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning was marked down to $30 from 80. Pretty good deal considering all the stuff you get with it.

Gamestop doesn't sell used PC games anymore. So process of elimination shows that it will be new for 30 dollars.

new, but probably gutted. the fallout 3 collectors editions for pc are all gutted at my GS
