EBay? I noticed a lot of people are putting them on EBay new, and they've been selling in the $20 to $30 range. People probably got them at Target for $14.98. This is the PS3 version I'm referring to.

NewEgg.com has the 360 version for $29.99 and the PS3 version for $36.99. About a month ago it was even cheaper.
