Just thought I'd give people heads up. The codes do not seem to be unique and are not unique. It says the code is valid on first redemption only, so it would appear to not work using the coupon twice. Meanwhile, it does save time if multiple people can use the code. Anyways, if that is possible, don't bother signing up multiple times, as you can print out the same coupon multiple times.

qualified for the trade 3 at eb? i bought army of two and battlefield: bc for 360. they were 14.99 each before the 25% off. i also got mercenaries 2 which was marked at 14.99 (though it was 24.99 at all of the other stores i went to). saved a little over $11 on those 3 total, and as i said it was on credit. all said and done, under $40 for a new preorder. i miss the days when it would only cost $15-25, but this isn't bad.


if you mean which titles qualified for the 25% off, i think it's any game at bbv that you can use the code on, but the three i used are listed above.


also, i should note that i during one transaction i was able to use 2 of the 25% off coupons and a $5 off blu ray coupon. i'm not sure if i could've used more, or if it was just the manager being nice, but it's worth a shot.

Which store did you use it at? I've used it all three and I could only get plain Doritos, it's the only flavour that works with the coupon, if they try it with a different flavour the coupon gets rejected.

You will have to go in before the renewel date and cancel it, you don't have to argue. You can actually cancel it the same day you sign up for it if the CSR will let you, if not, just do it the next time you are in.

I was just at the BBV at Queen and Spadina in Toronto and the cashier said that the policy was up to the discretion of the stores to use now. She said that her particular store would not be taking the Game Pass coupons anymore and it sounded like they would be discontinuing the entire promotion soon.

Oh yeah used the 5 bucks off on a blu-ray and 5 bucks of for some MS points. I got asked for my card this time though so might nor be able to use it again at that location again. Fine with me since I've used them plenty already.

Used a 5$ off coupon to get a 1400 MS points card on Friday. No problem at all. The guy was surprised by the coupon, I guess he had never seen one before.

how could they say when you used the coupon WITHOUT looking at your membership? they scanned the coupon and it came up that SOMEONE ELSE had used a coupon with that same barcode? the CSR thought that it was unique to only one person?

Yeah, it kind of caught me off guard so I didn't press it any further... I was thinking maybe BBV has blocked the coupon or something and that's how it shows up on the computer now.

the bbv coupon page says they stopped giving them out yesterday.
i don't know if that makes any difference since they say Expires June 4 on them.
i guess it's Dead at Your Store. we shall see if it's a trend.

I used the two 25% off used games (I had my mom go through separately with one of the games to avoid any 'One coupon per customer/transaction' hooplah). Originally the girl asked for my membership card but I told her I didn't have one, so she tried ringing the coupon through and it worked fine. Saved $12.50 off of Folklore and Star TFU (combined)! Picked up a previously played copy of Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3) for $18.74 ($21.18 after taxes). ...which came from my BBV store credit from the $10 Min TIV days, which means I only paid somewhere around $5-9 in actual cost. AND I got it in a clear box, not the 'greatest hits' red box. Sweet.

Blockbuster changed the price/return policy on rentals. New release games are now 8.99 for 7 nights, so maybe this is why they don't take game passesd anymore?

I also noticed I didn't get my usual rental coupon in my email box. I wonder if they're killing that off too :cry:

Lol and they changed the end date of the offer from June 5 to April 19th... and took the link off of the BBV.ca mainpage.. I'm not sure how this will affect coupons already 'in circulation'... They accepted my 25% off coupon 04/21 so YMMV depending on location..

I'm pretty sure the offer was originally supposed to end the 19th, that's what I read when I printed them off last month, the coupons were only supposed to be available on the website until the 19th, but are valid until June 5th
