I'm trying to track down a GBA SP (ideally new), ever since I accidentally messed mine up (don't get me started). Anyone have any ideas where I could pick one up? Getting other consoles is fairly easy, but getting something with metallic paint that hasn't been scratched is proving difficult.

Also, I'm trying to find a Game Boy Micro. I can't seem to find ANY place in Toronto that has one. It's not a matter of price or location, no place I've checked has them. Where are other people getting them?

There was a Micro at my local Futureshop until a few months ago. I almost bought it, but it was the ugly famicom edition.

I actually have a Micro like-new in box if you want to buy it. I literally only used it for one charge. I bought it, charged it, used it on games like Donkey Kong VS Mario and FF4, battery ran out, charged it again, and haven't touched it since. It's complete in retail packaging just like new.

I live in the GTA.

As for the GBASP, I recently bought one from Ebay new and sealed. There really is no other choice. A Microplay near me has at least one red SP that is totally unscratched and looks like new, but I kind of wanted the NES edition plus I didn't trust that the battery hadn't been used up. They sell them for a measly $35.

A few months ago when I was in Toronto I recall seeing The Source sell them... but with the recent slew of price drops on their site I guess that deal is long gone. I think it was about ~$50

Whereabouts is the Microplay? I wouldn't mind getting my hands on that red SP.

What color is the micro you have? I ended up resorting to Craigslist to get a Famicom Micro, but the problem I have with it is that I can't get replacement faceplates for it, whereas the other two colors I can get stacks of.

As for the SP, I'm currently building a scratch free one. However, being able to buy a red one might be easier.

Sorry, I did an about-face and not only decided to keep my Micro, but I bought an extra one.

The Microplay undoubtedly no longer has the SP I mentioned, but it's the store in Newmarket.
