Usually Im answering them but Im a bit lost...

I took off the CC that was backing it because the % is just too high and swapped it for a lower one...

That was a day or two ago....

I make 2 purchases today and I go to pay but the checkout page where you select your funding source isnt showing the CC I have attatched to my account.

Im using the same billing address etc etc so theres nothing showing I need to "confirm"....I havent gotten an email saying it needs to be confirmed...I looked at the site and it tells me to go to my profile..edit credit/debit card...then click "link to my acct" or something like that.

The "link to my acct" part isnt there.

Online searching says they get emailed or noticed to look at their cc statement for a payment and a code to enter on pay pal to confirm...

Am I missing something? I dont recall it being this big a pain in the ass to do the first go around.

Ive been informed by paypal that if you carry a balance in your acct, you cant pay via credit card anymore instead....so you have to withdraw everything.

Which is odd because I didnt have that problem before..Ive paid via cc several times while having a balance and Ive always been able to do that but when I tried taking off the higher interest cc for a lower one..now I cant.

Well, you can always send your whole paypal balance to another email of yours (that isn't associated with a paypal account, it'll just get a message saying "You've got a payment, Register with Paypal to complete transfer" or something like that), that'll put the funds in "pending". Then you buy what you want, pay with a credit card, then cancel the pending payment.
