If you live in NYC, Virgin Megastore in Times Square has it for $40.
Last I checked they had tons of special editions for the PS3 only, 360 version was sold out.
And while we're at it, all games are 40% off. Lots of copies of Fable 2, Mercenaries 2, Star Wars Force Unleashed, and Gears 2 to name a couple.
