I'd agree with that, $2000 sounds fair IMO considering it's a bulk lot. Now, if you were willing to devote the time to it, you could probably make a bit more buy selling individual items and breaking the rest down into smaller lots(your PS1 and Dreamcast collections in particular look to have quite a bit of worth to them)... but if you ask me it might be worth it just to take the $2000.00

2000 sounds pretty good off the top of my head - especially where it will safe you the hassle of listing every single this on ebay/amazon, taking photos, shipping, dealing with buyers, etc.

If you sell individually, you could easily get over $3,500 for the items. Is taking a $1,500 dollar hit really worth the time you'd save by not doing that?

Seriously, I'd check 'rarity' and value on everything you can from your lot. That's what I did when I sold my PS2 and XBox games in early 2008 for about $450 shipped, which was damn close to what I figured they were only worth.

Of course, no one needs to tell you that you'd be better off selling certain games(Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for Dreamcast, FFVII and Silent Hill for PS1) seperate from the rest of the lot.

However, unless you're willing to sit down and do extensive research on your own, you're only screwing yourself by taking the first offer you get.
