Posting this from RFD, sounds OK if you're in the market for a PS3:
Get an 80gig PS3 for $350 when you purchase a DS3 for $55. Starts Mar. 27.
Basically you get a DS3 for $5 with a PS3. Sort of an alternative to getting a game or two with the system. I'm not sure, but if it's the Uncharted bundle, then you'd still get a game.

Edit: NM, 80 gigs aren't Uncharted bundles

I'd change the title...a tad misleading, don't you think?

Uncharted bundle is 160GB, and $500.

Yeah, it didn't sound right to me when I was posting, now I've put more thought into the title. Of course, now it sounds too complicated

For anyone else DS3 is the Dual Shock 3 controller, I spent a minute trying to figure out what game was DS3 till I clicked the RFD link.
Still not the deal I'm looking for. Maybe EB will drop the price $50 on the PS3 80GB when the Motor Storm/Resistance 80GB bundles come in.

OK, I'm not editing the title any more than it already has been :wall:

The way I saw it, most of those games and movies were sellable, or even very good trade credit if one wanted to make the deal better for themselves. :-k
Everyone in the market for a PS3 would probably be better served to keep holding out for the imminent price drop coming sooner rather than later.

.
The bundled games and movies still couldn't break the I'm paying $565 ($500+ 13% tax) for a third system sociological barrier. Plus I've racked up $220 in credit at EB to help pay for it. I really just want a price drop, games and movies I can get pretty cheap with deals posted here. Realistically it will mostly be a Blu-Ray player on a AV rack and hooked up to a projector.

I hear you, it still was a lot of coin. Of course, you understand it is a Trojan Horse. You get it as a BR player, eventually you're using it for... *gasp*... games :)
I still keep checking a certain online clearance section (a, ahem, Source of electronics and stuff) for their old 40gig bundles to drop further in price. I'd buy a second PS3 as a Blu-ray player if it became really cheap.
