They have some decent prices on some stuff, and the shipping isn't too bad it seems. They also have certain animes that other stores no longer carry/offer.

What they have pictured on their site is exactly what you'll get.
They have imports and domestic releases. Whether or not you want to shop from a site that carries "imports" is completely up to you. One of the easiest thing shoppers can do is simply compare and contrast product details on questionable sites versus known legitimate sites such as Amazon.
Legitimacy is absolutely crucial. But also of importance is whether or not a an online etailer actually fulfills their end of the agreement and deliver the advertised goods.
Ordered once, and goods were delivered to my expectations.

As a general rule, if it says 'import' it means 'bootleg'. I don't know of any dedicated anime sellers with true and legit import sections (although some carry a few titles)- it's usually a bigger catch-all site like Play Asia or amazon.jp.
Another thing to note is legit Japanese imports cost a LOT more than US releases... I'm talking like $50-70+ for 2 episodes per disc. If the episode count is higher, or the price is decent, it's probably fake.
Now, whether or not you buy from a site with bootlegs is up to you- a lot of folks won't to show disapproval of the fakes, a lot of folks will becuase some of the sites have good service and hard-to-find legit merch as well. Your call.

That's most defintely a bootleg site for the import DVDs. The Domestic DVD look legit but the pricing isn't anything special.
Try rightstuf.com, deepdisount.com, best buy or animecorner.com for offical US releases if that's what you're looking for.

Thanks guys! I'm usually pretty good at spotting whether a site is legit or not, I just couldn't tell for this one is all. Also, I've seen legit (or what I took to be legit) imports at conventions that have several episodes to a disc.

Generally 2-4 episodes is the max any legit disc will have. Beyond that, it's a boot.

A better rule of thumb is if you have to ask, it's probably not legit.

Actually some companies are going up to 6-7 per disk in their thin-boxes. See Ouran High School Host Club and Negima!? for some recent examples. Basically Funimation is doing it on some of their new thin-box releases.

I ordered some from them awhile ago and I had no problems. The site has bootlegs, so if you have a problem with that don't order. Use rightstuf.com or amazon for legit releases if you can. I only order bootlegs if i can't get the legit release anymore.
