Unless something has changed, no it doesn't. I can't speak for the drums and mic, but at least until 3 the guitars attached via the PS2 controller port, which the PS3 doesn't have.

You can still buy a converter for like 10 bucks, so its still worth it. Also i think you can combine the coupons from their site with this deal. So thats an added 25% off or $5.

FYI, not so much. The game itself would probably work, if you have a BC PlayStation 3. And I've never heard of a reliable PS2 to PS3 converter that works with PS2 peripherals (guitars, dancepads) for less than $20. You can buy a TAC bridge at EBG for that price, but most of the other brands won't work reliably with guitar peripherals.
Also, those PS2/PS3 guitars you can buy cheap, like the I-con or TAC branded ones, will only work on their appropriate console.
