It's a good deal considering, but game consoles should have never been over 300 bucks (USD), period.

yeah it's tough to justify spending $500 on a console when you can get a fully-capable Xbox 360 for $270ish, and with a slew of great games around $20

I always thought the 160GB PS3 was in short supply (well, more limited than the 80GB). If last month's promo (which was better IMO) didn't move them all then it's not looking good for the PS3.
And a single NA currency would hurt Canada: do you want the U.S.'s problems?

Well its a good deal but I dont want a 160 gb PS3 ...seems kinda useless to me.
