Short version: code is GAME25
EDIT: word from other CAGs with similar cancellation e-mails is that the code is not user-specific.

Up until this afternoon I thought I had a pre-order for Batman: Arkham Asylum through the WB online store (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=214741). Unfortunately, I received this e-mail today:
